In all honesty the lovely lady who did my hair just knew what suited me best and got on with it. I told her to do what she thought was best, I emerged looking like a million bucks and was getting glances here there and everywhere out on the street. I felt like a new woman with my new do. Best thing was she was so quick.... not pricey either. I had a manicure one day, just a regular service but efficient and well done by a delightful young lady from Poland. I saw they also have a very private pedicure room with one of those big modern comfy massage chairs with a little bath at the feet. I love those chairs and its the first time I have seen one in Italy. Ill be back for a pedicure soon. I love joy spa because it is elegant but not snobbish. It hits the mark on service and professionalism, it is a friendly place and charges the same price as more mediocre establishments. Its comfortable to be there, and the small luxury touches makes you want to go back. Next time i go Ill bring my darling with me, because there is a gentleman's barber shop there as well with a lady that is specialised in "" gentleman grooming "'...... Its also a little private space dedicated to gentlemen.
