Beautiful property showing its age Have to say the only thing going for this property is its location, and views from the rooms, & lounge.
Unfortunately the Enchantment Resort didn't quite live up to expectations. The property is gorgeous with amazing views of the canyons. The facilities are also beautiful from the Tennis Courts to the award winning spa. However, there were a few bumps during our stay. The A/C in our first room didn't work so after speaking to the concierge multiple times we were moved to a new room and compensated for our troubles. However the new room was to small and it took almost an hour to deliver the sheets and pillow so the couch could be made into a bed. Seeing that we didn't get into our new room until after 10 PM having to wait an excessive amount of time just to have a place to sleep seemed a little unfair. The staff would receive a bit of a mixed review. Our greeter when we first arrived (Hi Phillip! ) was lovely and took the extra effort to learn all our name and say hello whenever he saw us. However, many of the other employees felt a little robotic. They would listen to your concerns but it never felt like they actually tried to solve the problem.
