Zaza Nail Spa Menu

So, before I left I booked a gel mani and pedi. Come the day of my appointment I go to get my nails done. I ended up getting a gel mani week prior and asked if i could just do a color change without manicure. They said, "No". They do not offer partial service I would have to do the whole manicure service in order to get the color change. I agreed. Then I started to wonder when they would start my pedi. I had been in he chair for more than hour. Then I was told they my pedi was never booked. I was disappointed and found this odd. I chopped it up as a miscommunication. For the majority of my time in the salon I felt like I was neglected and wasn't receiving equal service or attention as the other clients. I felt like I was neglected and pushed aside. There isn't any real skill in this place. All they can do is paint nails (Gel mani and Pedi costed over about 100). Just understand that you aren't paying for their service, but the environment. Sandy Lee (16. 09. 2017 04:09) Been going to Zaza since they opened.

Also she used soft wax when hard wax is usually what is used for brazilians. They are now also a wine bar! Perfect combo nails/wine! ❤️ The nail techs are all well trained and super friendly. I highly recommend getting your mani/pedi/wine here! wookie0 (30. 06. 2017 22:52) Best manly pedi and mani i jave ever had, and good wine selection Samantha Berg (05. 04. 2017 00:11) Not worth the price tag. I don't know about you but for a perfectly reasonable mani/pedi I want to pay no more than $35, maybe $40. The cheapest option here totals to $60. For that price, I want the best mani/pedi I've ever experienced. This just isn't it. Honestly, there's nothing wrong with Zaza. It's perfectly fine... the staff is mostly friendly, the space is modern and clean, the manicure and pedicure are perfectly average. It would be a really solid offering if it wasn't so absurdly priced. Alas, I likely won't be back. Alena Milutina (24. 12. 2016 13:07) It was very out of my way, but checked their designs and decided to go. When I came I have found out they don't do any nail art. The receptionist offered to do a French type of manicure, but then the lady who was doing the manicure refused to do it, cause she wasn't sure she has time for it.
