I loved working for Luva. The staff is lovely and amazing they become more than your co-workers, and treat you as family. The environment is wonderfully fresh and beautiful. The management is absolutely understanding and supportive if there is ever a conflict or issue with your work schedule. My only issue with Luva was because it was a small business there was no place for advancement within or a lot of room to negotiate pay raises. This is an ideal career for a college student or perhaps someone that is retired looking to keep busy. Cons No place for advancement
