Covid-19 Latest News Following the Government announcement on 5th April, we can now take bookings for general treatments from 12th April. Treat-Norwich Health and wellbeing Clinic will remain open this week for clients that have specific health/mental health conditions, (see below). Specific health/mental health conditions you can book for are - severe acute or chronic pain such as frozen shoulder, migraines, severe/consistent headaches, sciatica and other pain conditions, inability to sleep, fertility, high anxiety, intense stress, mental health, mobility problems, injuries and conditions that impact your daily lives. Services currently on offer in lockdown are Acupuncture, Physiotherapy, Massage, Counselling and Special Yoga - one to one support for children with special needs. If you are unsure if your condition can be seen please call treat Reception Team. After booking your practitioner will carry out a risk assessment to make sure it is safe to carry out your treatment. We are currently taking bookings for general care, well-being, maintenance and beauty treatments at present from April 12th 2021.

The clinic owner Rebecca Geanty is registered with the British Acupuncture Council and the Professional Standards Authority and we are fully insured. We have completed our risk assessment and have taken all the necessary actions to ensure Treat is Covid secure. Our risk assessment has been externally checked by Red Cat Partnership, (local experts in Health and Safety). You are required to fill out a Covid-19 Consent Form prior to your treatment. You will find this at the bottom of your Appointment Booking Confirmation Email, click on the link. If you are having difficulties with the link please print a two sided copy of the Covid-19 Consent Form and fill in prior to your treatment. Remember to bring it with you on the day of your appointment. You will need to wear a IIR (fluid resistant) surgical mask during the treatment and our therapists will be wearing PPE to protect you too.
