The first thing I look for in a Spa experience is to be relaxed and renewed. I've worked in the Spa industry for over 20 years - I was left very disappointed. First, the parking situation is horrendous - that's not the fault of Woodhouse Spa, but you must keep that in mind when preparing for your experience there - give yourself PLENTY o time to find a space. I parked in the lot behind the Spa... Feeling myself lucky, I entered the reception area and mentioned that it had been a challenge to find a space, and asked if it was alright to park there. I explained I had an appointment immediately after my service, and felt fortunate to get a space that I could access quickly after my treatment. The reception was aloof and cold, but they assured me that it would be fine to park thing further mentioned. I was offered wine or a beverage - nice again, the reception is aloof at best. I had what I will categorize as a perfectly fine thing exceptional, but the atmosphere in the room was nice, the woman giving the pedicure was well trained.
