She really brought my skin back to life. When it came to my blackheads (my major concern) she didn't superficially take them out she went in there and made sure she pushed everything out. Most facials I had in the past they try to avoid making my face looking "picked at" but I always wondered well you really not fixing the problem but Ms. Angelica went to root of the issue and made sure that it was tackled and not ignored. I even tried the hydro wand which is completely painless. Pat gave me 100% of her attention. The Spa is immaculate. Everything was sanitized. She made recommendations for me for a simple daily routine, but never pressured me to buy anything. She didn't have to, the Eminence products speak for themselves.

I will be going back March 21 I've been going to JBS for about 2 years. Originally for eyebrow work. Mine were horrible. I really saw a big difference after one appt. then I booked a DMK facial. That was quite experience. This facial is like no other I've ever had. I started buying the products alittle at a time. I like the fact that their is no pressure to buy buy buy. Over time I have gotten almost if not all the beautiful products. My skin feels softer and smoother than ever. I don't even know how many facials I've had. Lora makes it an experience not just a facial, and the foot massage is top notch.
